Hackney and City residents can share their experiences and views on improving outpatient care at a workshop with the planned care workstream.
‘Outpatient care’ covers all planned hospital appointments that do not require an overnight stay.
Outpatient appointments can include dermatology, diabetes, gynaecology, breast services, cardiology, urology, and bone and joint problems (orthopaedics).
Have your say on:
- What works well in outpatient care and how can it be improved?
- How would you like your hospital to contact you?
- Would you consider e-based communications e.g. text, email, video?
- How can appointments be structured differently to support you?
People will also be able to feedback on wider plans for health and social care for 2019-2020.
The planned care workstream is part of Integrated Commissioning involving City & Hackney NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Hackney Council and City of London Corporation working together to improve residents’ health and wellbeing. Find out more here.
