Dr Marlowe trained at St Bartholomew’s Medical school and has been working as a GP in City and Hackney for the last 24 years apart from a brief hiatus in Wales and Gloucester which helped broaden his perspective. Dr Marlowe is Chair of the London Regional Council of the British Medical Association (BMA) and actively campaigns for an NHS that holds true to its founding principles. He is the clinical lead for the Planned Care Programme Board and ultimately believes that patient-centric trust and collaboration in the professionalism of the health service across both primary and secondary care will deliver the best and most cost effective care
