Would you like to find out more about recent changes in the NHS? Does the idea of talking to other local residents, GPs, Healthwatch and commissioners in a friendly and informal setting sound good? Are you passionate about making a change and representing your local community?
NHS Community Voice is a patient led project. Open monthly meetings take place at venues across City and Hackney and bring together patients from all GP practices in City and Hackney to discuss the things that matter to them about health. Everyone is welcome to attend and there is normally no need to book in advance.
Each meeting is focused on a topic chosen by patients, and the feedback from discussions will help improve local health services.
Comments and recommendations from NHS Community Voice meetings are collected and shared with commissioners. You can read more about what the CCG is doing in response to your views, in the below documents.
If you would like to find out more about these meetings please contact NHS Community Voice coordinator Sulekha Hassan by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 020 7923 8367.
